RPSA Peacekeepers Program

Grant Description: The Peacekeepers Program sends trained community members out to de-escalate and mitigate conflicts in the most violent hotspots in the city. These interventions were found to have decreased shootings 41% in program areas, with a 31% decrease in the surrounding community.
Bullying Prevention Grant Program

Grant Description: This funding opportunity will be open to schools and community-based agencies. ICJIA asks applicants to address bullying prevention through positive school climate activities and supportive services in the following ways: bullying prevention and pro-social campaigns, events, etc.; education and awareness; student/youth groups such as youth leadership, gay/straight alliance, etc.; planning to determine what school-based BP policies and procedures are necessary; implementation of school bullying prevention policies and procedures; implementation of evidence informed bullying prevention programs.
Federal Formula Grant Funding: Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid

2026 Historical Records Grant Program

Grant Description: The Illinois State Historical Records Advisory Board (ISHRAB), using funding from National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC), is offering grants of up to $5,000 to Illinois historical records keepers to develop and/or carry out projects that show commitment to developing and/or implementing projects that will lead to enhanced online access. Violent Crime Witness Protection Program Grants

Grant Description: This program provides financial assistance to victims, witnesses and appropriate related persons who are actively aiding in the prosecution of perpetrators of violent crime and at risk of a discernable threat. The program shall offer funds requested by law enforcement agencies and used for the establishment of local violent crime witness protection programs.
IL Armed Forces Legal Aid Network Grants

Grant Description: The IEJF awards grants to organizations providing legal assistance and information as part of the Illinois Armed Forces Legal Aid Network (IL-AFLAN). IL-AFLAN is a one-stop shop where veterans, military members, and their dependents can obtain free legal help to access hard-earned benefits, obtain discharge upgrades, solve other urgent problems like family law and housing issues.
510-RTLR Regions The Living Room

Grant Description: The Living Room Program operates from the Crisis Now concept and is designed for individuals in need of a crisis-respite program with services and supports designed to proactively divert crises and break the cycle of psychiatric hospitalization. Individuals experiencing psychiatric crises may self-refer or may be referred by first responders or other organizations with which an individual experiencing a crisis may come in contact. All guests seen at the Living Room must be served in some way by the Program; no person should be turned away at the door. Services include but are not limited to screening, linkage to another level of care, and on-site support.
AmeriCorps Competitive Traditional

Grant Description: AmeriCorps State and National (ASN) Program improves lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through national service and volunteerism. Through AmeriCorps grants, organizations engage in meeting community and national challenges through service and volunteer action. The AmeriCorps grant engages AmeriCorps members in evidence-based or evidence-informed interventions/practices to strengthen local communities. AmeriCorps program focus on the delivery of direct and/or capacity building services and Programs recruit, train and manage AmeriCorps members to deliver services. An AmeriCorps member is an individual who engages in community service through an approved national service position. Members may receive a living allowance and other benefits while serving. Upon the members' successful completion of service, members earn a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award that they can use to pay for higher education expenses or apply to qualified student loans.
Partners for Conservation - Illinois Soil and Water Conservation District Grants

Grant Description: Administered by the Agriculture Department, this program provides assistance to Illinois' soil and water conservation districts (SWCDs) to help offset operating expenses. SWCDs assist landowners in natural resource management by providing technical assistance in such areas as soil conservation, water quality protection, wetlands management, flood control, soil erosion control at urban construction sites, stream bank stabilization, recycling, soil interpretation, land use and site suitability, and conservation education.
Pretrial Success Program

Grant Description: The Pretrial Success pProgram is designed to provide case management to eligible participants who are charged with a criminal offense and who have been granted pretrial release. Funded programs will work with court stakeholders to identify eligible participants for voluntary participation in programming designed to assess and link participants to a range of services, as needed.
Housing is Recovery

Grant Description: The Housing is Recovery pilot program offers affordable housing using a bridge rental subsidy combined with access to recovery support services or treatment, targeted to individuals with serious mental illness who are at high risk of unnecessary institutionalization, or individuals with a substance use disorder who are at high risk of overdose. Grantees in this program will offer, either directly or through sub recipients or partners, housing location, subsidy administration services, and recovery engagement services.
Community Health Center Construction Grants

Grant Description: In consultation with the Department of Public Health (IDPH), the Capital Development Board (CDB) is making $50 million available statewide for grants to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and FQHC Lookalikes. Funds are available to construct, renovate or otherwise improve facilities, for example by purchase or replacement of equipment that meets bondability guidelines, construction of a new or renovation of an existing community health center site, or acquisition of a new physical location for the purpose of providing health care services.

Illinois Climate Pollution Reduction Grants: Small Utility Clean Energy Planning Grant Program

Grant Description: The Small Utility Clean Energy Planning Grant Program will support municipal electric utilities and cooperative electric utilities in aligning power generation planning and procurement with Illinois’ Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA’s) goal of 100% carbon-free power by 2045. Energy Efficiency at Public Water Infrastructure

Grant Description: The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (Illinois EPA) Office of Energy is offering up to $1,500,000 in grant funding available to support energy efficiency projects at publicly owned public water supply (PWS) facilities, commonly referred to as drinking water treatment plants (DWTP). Great Lakes TCGM Partnership Grant Program
